Ocean Deep Yoga also offers private yoga instruction to develop a tailor-made practice that suits your needs and goals. Whether you want to increase your strength and flexibility, manage stress, anxiety and depression naturally, or recovery from injury, having your own yoga teacher can make all the difference in the world! Private instruction is offered both in person and on Zoom, and is available for individuals and groups at a location of your choosing. Reach out and we can discuss your personal needs! Private Yoga is versatile and specific to you! - If you have chronic conditions, such as kidney issues, thyroid disorder, lung disease, anxiety, depression, digestive problems, excessive weight loss or weight gain, poor liver function, heart problems, or troubles managing the mind and emotions, and don't want to take the "quick fix" approach that our Western culture so heavily endorses, then with private a private yoga instructor, you can develop a personal daily practice (sadhana) that brings balance to the mental, emotional and physical bodies, and sets the body up to heal itself over time, leaving you with results that last a lifetime. For those seeking therapeutic benefits... Here is where OCDY Private Yoga differs from the rest. You also have the option to book for a certain amount of time (3 months, for example,) pay monthly and receive face-to-face guidance, some discussion to understand the 'how and why' of what the practice entails and receive a written routine to practice throughout the week. Each week, at our live class, we will discuss your previous week and make adjustments from there to make sure you are on your most effective road to long-lasting recovery! Price: - General: $100/hr up to 5 people. $15/additional person. - Therapeutic: $150/90mins. This includes a consultation and yoga practice. Rental Equipment: $10Mat-blocks-and-strap combo. $5 for individual item. Additional props can be provided as well, depending on your needs.
