Feeling comfortable with Level 1, and are you ready to learn and implement new techniques to increase lung volume, clean your lungs, and decrease residual volume? Here in Level 2, you will be introduced to Uddiyana Bandha - a yogic technique that is by far the most effective stretch you can do for your diaphragm and Full Lung Stretching. There are short tutorials on how to do these techniques effectively and safely which I recommend practicing alone until you are comfortable with them.

LEvel 3 Yoga for Freedivers

For those really serious about developing their thoracic flexibility, you'll find what you're looking for here. In this series we use advanced techniques, like Uddyana Bandha, reverse packing, and packing, to fill the lungs to the absolute maximum and empty out to the minimum volume,. At the end, we will slow down and do longer, passive holds on exhale using a block, a strap and body weight to provide a deep stretch for the ribs, sternum, and more.
