PFI Freediver - 11/20-22
Learn to freedive down to a maximum depth of 20m/66 feet!
This course is just as much about learning to regulate your nervous system as it is about diving. In addition to the complete PFI Freediver course (description below) I blend mindfulness of a yoga practice into how I dive and teach. With my extensive background in yoga, I offer lung stretches, relaxation techniques, and mental shifts and tailor them to each unique individual that I work with. We will not only learn to descend into the depths but in such deep relaxation, that it feels easy, comfortable, and natural! You will also learn the specific mechanics of the best equalization technique for the ears when freediving.
*Waiver, Release of Liability, Terms and Conditions, and the Welcome Letter which includes your learning code, gear list, and schedule will all be sent to you via email after you have signed up and secured your spot.
